The house is located in the village of Montemarcello, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. Quietly located with sea views and the Apuan Alps. It has two independent entrances.
It can accommodate up to 4 people in 3 rooms, plus 2 more in the living room with sofa bed. It is arranged on 3 floors, with marble staircase and kitchen with characteristic fireplace.
On the top floor there is a small panoramic terrace.
Its strategic location allows you to easily reach Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Versilia.
